One of the leading ICT Distributor company in the Philippines is in search of competitive people to be part of our Finance Team.
This Accounting Executive should:
- Possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Be willing to work in Pasig City
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices
- Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintain historical records
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continue to improve the payment process
