Accounting Coordinator (Fixed Asset)

The Accounting Coordinator processes Fixed Asset transactions and reports for the month.
Primary Responsibilities are:

- Ensure proper capitalization of fixed asset acquisition
- Ensure complete documentation and approval on disposal, transfer and changes in asset
- Prepare Fixed Asset report
- Prepare account reconciliation
- Liaise with different department on asset transfer and disposal
- Address request from various department related to Fixed Asset transaction
- Complete audit requirement and respond to audit inquiries
- Complete other ADHOC task assigned by the management

Education and Experience:

- 1-2 years Accounting experience (any facets)
- Shared Service experience is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Efficient in Windows, Word and Excel.
- Must pay constant attention to detail and be able to multi task daily
- Good English communication skills
