Job Descriptions
Preparation of accounts payable vouchers (APV) for asset acquisition.
Handling preset payments and updating of asset records in Sunsystems
Depreciation calculation, labeling, inventory, transfer and disposal of assets.
Entry preparation for amortization of prepayments and set-up for unused consumables and packing.
Scheduling of depreciation allocation, asset acquisition, tooling report, planned disbursement for acquired assets and updating of invoice list.
Preparation of asset acquisition details, ledger of fixed asset, details of expenses and intercompany sales, purchases and disposal of fixed asset for consolidation package
Preparation of asset acquisition details and sales summary to be reported at BOI.
Summarizes perfect attendance and token for alphalist reporting

Job Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any business related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but those who have at least 6 months related working experience or background
