Accounting Clerk

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Male or Female, 25 years of age or below
• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
• Customer-service orientation, interpersonal skills, with initiative and stress tolerance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• An accounting clerk performs a variety of duties from backroom calculations to front desk customer service. Must also be detail oriented and good with numbers.
• Performs any combination of following calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records: Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
