Accounting Associate (Compliance Section)

Job Description:
Scans BIR returns and company documents for Audit and for references. Ensures the validity and completeness of documents (official receipts, invoice). Sorts documents per company, preparation of schedules, such as withholding taxes and VAT, along with complete, valid and accurate supporting documents for corporate reporting requirements (e.g. BIR, MGB, etc.). Encodes daily transactions in the BIR Alphalist Data Entry, and Relief Data Entry System. Updates company books: General Journal, General Ledger, Cash Receipts Book, Cash Disbursements Book, Subsidiary Purchase Journal, Subsidiary Sales Journal and Inventory Book. Prints and monitors BIR confirmation for e-submitted reports. Compiles Management Reports and distribution to selected key persons. Ensures all BIR returns are filled and e-submission of schedules are met in compliance with company policies, systems and procedures, and government requirements. Maintains files of BIR Returns for all companies under CCMC group. Prepares work-related reports. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's College Graduate in any related course. With one (1) year experienced or less than in government compliance (BIR, etc) Fresh graduate are welcome to apply that willing to be train in compliance Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
