JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Compute on a monthly basis the amount that will be requested from the clients that will cover the expenses to be incurred in the selection, hiring and training of seafarers which will eventually be placed on board.
Submit the completion of Fund Request for checking by the Principal's Account Supervisor and the Senior Accounting Supervisor prior to submission to Finance Manager. Once approved, the Finance Manager, submits the Fund Request to the clients.
Responsible in the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the preparation of the monthly summary of General Accounts for submission to the Principal's Accounts Supervisor for checking and verification.
Prepare GA-GL analysis and submit to Principal's Accounts Supervisor not later than 5 days after submission of the GAs to the client.
Responsible for filing of the documents (General Accounts and Fund Requests) related to the clients.
Deposit cash and check collections (Peso and USD) to UCPB and BPI.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Computer Literate
No work experience is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
