Accounting Associate

Job Description:
Deposit customer payments via desktop deposit Reconcile all bank accounts monthly Assist in cash management of several bank accounts across multiple companies Perform credit checks for all new customers to determine credit worthiness Ensure customer payments are properly applied Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required 2+ years of progressive, relevant accounting experience Proficient in Word and Excel Strong organizational and analytical skills Focus on accuracy and attention to detail Ability to effective communicate, both orally and in writing, across all company levels Hands-on experience with software packages such as QuickBooks.
