Accounting Associate

The Accounting and Compliance Associate is responsible for recording and summarizing financial transactions and producing the necessary financial reports for their respective accounts. They are also responsible for ensuring the clients’ compliance with government-mandated requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the accounting and compliance associate may vary depending on the needs of the clients:Facilitate SEC and DTI registration, Business and Mayor’s Permits, BIR Certificate of Registration, Government Mandated Benefits and printing of Official Receipts.Administer all accounting and tax compliance activities.Maintain and record financial transactions to clients’ books.Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients’ management including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Revenue and Collection Analysis.Coordinate with Audit & Advisory Group by answering related queries on prepared reports.Handle special projects such as changing a company's tax registration, opening and closing of the business, Amendment of AOI, etc.With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.Amenable to work in Makati, Pasay or Pasig City.
