The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is looking for ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS to be based in our Libis, Quezon City office,RESPONSIBILITIESGather supporting documents, review and prepare invoices for both third parties and intercompany customers; and send them timely.Regularly review and update of advance/regular billings to reflect actual quantity of delivered goods or rendered services in accordance with the agreement and/or discount, returns, and allowances furnished to customers.Reconcile customers' SL with company records-both invoices and payments; identify reconciling items; coordinate with customers to provide any missing documents that may need to be resentInvestigate and escalate differences noted and problems encountered to immediate superiorTake record of customer queries, concerns and change requests persistently; initiate speedy resolution or quick customer responsePrepare the Statement of Accounts by customers at the end of each month.
