Job Responsibilities:
• Processes and helps in preparing financial statements.
• Assists in overseeing clients' accounts.
• Assists in creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
• Collects and reviews data for different financial reports.
• Assists in preparing financial reports.
• Documents and reports discrepancies.
• Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or related degree
• At least a year or two of relevant experience
• Willingness and desire to learn and to be trained
• Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
• Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
• Good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of accounting practices
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
