Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for general accounting, account receivables, and account payables function on the assigned project.
This position requires verification and validation of accounts.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
- 1-year experience as Accounting Assistant or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Has a knowledge on account receivables and account payables function
- Knowledgeable on bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Knowledgeable with the following tools: Bookkeeping Software (XERO, Peachtree) Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
- Prepares and analyzes income and financial statements.
- High attention to detail.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Accounts Payable: 1 year (required)
- Accounts Receivable: 1 year (required)
