The Finance Specialist is responsible for performing clerical task that includes processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, communications vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Perform finance and accounting tasks
- Daily update of cash position
- Prepare check request payment, checks, BIR reports and government payments
- Generate Weekly Account Receivables Report
- On-time encoding of the collection in the system
- Perform bank/account reconciliation
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:
**Experience**:

- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
- Open to CPA Fresh Graduates

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized, keen on details and analytical
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Sheets

**Notes**:

- **Amenable to work on-site (Makati City)**
