Job Description

About the job

- We are looking for an Accounting Assistant that will be part of the team that support our Service Office and stores in the Philippines.

Your assignment

- Prepare payments to domestic and foreign vendors and reconsile payments and bank statements
- Liaise with banks and vendors on payment related enquires
- Input of vouchers in accounting system
- Reconciliation of GL accounts, vendor balances and customer balances and archive Accounting documents
- Import travel and other claims to accounting system and process the reimbursements to co-workers through bank transfer or petty cash.
- Other ad hoc task as assigned

Qualifications

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or other related course with minimum 2 years working experience
- Basic knowledge about local accounting legislation and corporate requirements on documentation and archiving
- Experience with computerized accounting system, preferably in a multi-national company.
