Key Responsibilities  Core Accounting Operations Process AP/AR invoices with 100% accuracy Perform month-end reconciliations (bank accounts, income/expense reports) Assist with tax return preparation and compliance Financial Analysis & Compliance Analyze client financial records to identify and correct discrepancies Validate transactions against accounting standards and tax regulations Maintain confidential financial data with utmost integrity Collaboration & Improvement Partner with accountants/auditors to streamline processes Leverage Xero, HubDoc, and Excel to automate repetitive tasks  What We're Looking For  Must-Have Qualifications  Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field  1-2 years in accounting roles (AP/AR, reconciliations, tax support)  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to!
