Accounting Assistant

- Prepares and makes the necessary entries in the books to record transactions - Performs regular closing of all books of accounts- Prepares and generates the period-end trial balance, financial statements and other reports of the company and its branches - Performs monthly reconciliation between the balances of the general accounts and their corresponding subsidiary records and reconciliation of accounts with its branches- Prepares monthly schedule of certain general accounts as necessary- Prepares and calculates billing statements, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records- Processes requisitions, payments receipts and other necessary accounting activities, which may include sales invoicing and collections- Reports directly to the Accounting Head- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required- Preferably with previous working experience in the field of bookkeeping, but FRESH GRADUATES or UNDERGRADUATES are also welcome to apply- Male or female not more than 35 years old- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)- Experience in SAP system is an advantage- With initiative to learn and absorb new knowledge and skills
