Accounting Assistant

Process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statements, and journal vouchers.Review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy; and maintain records.Clerical functions to support supervisors. Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
