Job Description:
Responsible for completing duties in the areas of management, accounting, tax preparation, and financial planning services Ensuring that a company issues financial reports and statements that are accurate and free of errors Assist in the scanning and issuance of invoices Accurately take customer payments and routinely update a billing database Assist internally in resolving billing related issues and customer disputes Conduct/participate in the internal analysis to ensure billing accuracy Other Duties

Able to assist in administrative or clerical duties as required Purchasing office supplies and maintenance of office supply inventory Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of general administration and accounting practices and procedures Able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates the ability to work consistently at a high pace while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness Proficiency with computer applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Must be self-motivated service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail Neat handwriting
