Accounting Assistant

Handles the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness
Carries accounting function such as invoicing and stock control
Will be exposed to accounting and bookkeeping software – Xero Training will be provided

Preferably 1-4 Years work experience specialised in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be good in Microsoft Applications especially Outlook, Excel and Word
Organised with an accurate data recording system knowledge/ experience
Must have good problem solving and good analytical skills
Has an excellent eye for detail
Good in oral and written English communication
Highly trainable
Can work with minimal supervision
Must be dynamic and results oriented
Can work under pressure and meet performance goals
