Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
Update and maintain financial records using Quickbooks Process disbursements and other Accounts Payable transactions Assist in preparation of bi-weekly payroll Maintain asset database and prepare month-end journal entries Manage petty cash fund Prepare financial reports as needed Perform other accounting related duties as required by immediate supervisor Minimum Qualifications:
Solid accounting background Exceptional analytical and planning skills; Proficient with Excel and other MS Office programs Good communication and presentation skills;
