Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
Provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department. Types accurately. Prepares and maintain accounting documents and records. Prepares bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. Reconciles accounts in a timely manner. Enters key data of financial transactions in database. Provides assistance and support to company personnel. Researches, tracks, and restores accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. Informs management and compiles reports/summaries on activity areas. Functions in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent. 1 year of work experience in the related field. Strong analytical and planning skills. Able to handle pressure Able to work with minimum supervision. Willing to work in San Isidro, Makati City.
