Accounting Assistant

· Process disbursement transactions through preparing appropriate accounting journal entries and compiling relevant supporting documents. · Assist in preparing and providing needed requirements for proper bookkeeping, ITR preparation, BIR and other govt. related transactions. · Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. · Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, savings deduction and job title and department/division transfer. · Handling Cash Payroll, Petty Cash, Voucher and Checks. · Handling ERP system · Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any related course. · At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantage. · Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. · Positive work commitment and attitude. · Flexible and able to multi-task. · ERP knowledge is Advantage. · Knowledgeable in basic accounting. · Must know the concepts on basic bookkeeping. · Must have a good communication skill. · With Strong Background in timekeeping and payroll processing. Advanced Microsoft Office. · Amenable to work in Quezon City.
