Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be in charge of assisting in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with the requirements of management as well as external agencies.


Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports Update and maintain financial records using Quickbooks File and safekeep financial documents such as bills and forms Conduct reconciliations Assist in the preparation of periodic tax requirements Coordinate with Liaison Officer for submission of compliance requirements to various government agencies Perform other accounting related duties as required by immediate supervisor Minimum Qualifications:
Solid accounting background Ability to delivery reports in an accurate and timely manner Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail Proficient with Excel and other MS Office programs Background in tax is a plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
