**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze data information.
- Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes.
- Reconcile Accounts.
- Prepare Journal Entries.
- Shall provide support to the Accounting Department with data entry, processing and in recording transactions.
- Shall update ledgers or fact-checking.
- Shall assist with audits or fact checking.
- Shall prepare budget and reports.
- Such other functions and duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
**Accounting Staff Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Background and experience in admin work is an advantage but not required.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
