Accounting Admin

We are looking for an Accounting/Admin Assistant to record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.ResponsibilitiesRecord day to day financial transactions and complete the posting processVerify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledgerPerform partial checks of the posting processEnter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statementsProcess accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner· With Bookkeeping experience is a plus· Knowledgeable in basic accounting payable/receivable principles· Data entry and good computational skills· Hands-on experience with spreadsheets· Proficiency in English and in MS Office· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail· Must have attained at least 2nd year college level in BS Finance/Accountancy or in any business related course
