The Accountant is to assist the Finance Manager with specific finance functions of the client.
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:

- Facilitate accounts payable/receivable functions - and where possible maintain segregation of duties to minimise risks.
- Issuance of Levy Notices and Final Fee Notices;
- Assist with financial reports do accommodate significant analysis
- Presentation of the financial reports (i.e.
consistent formatting).
- Assist Owners Corporation Managers and Admin teams with any levy queries;
- Assist on Aged Debtor queries;
- Assist Owners Corporation Managers and Committees with other related financial queries.
- Other duties:
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Qualifications Personal attributes
- A degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preference to have some type of recognised financial qualification however does not need years of experience.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills is essential
- Needs to have proven stakeholder management skills
- Needs to be able to work on multiple reports at the same time with strict deadlines.
