Job Description

Monthly report submission
Financial Analysis and performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with different Government Agencies
Processing of Business Permits and Licenses
POS application and cancellation
SSS, HDMF, & PHIC Remittances
Filing of VAT, Withholding taxes and other government taxes
Review manpower billing
Assist in reviewing daily transactions such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger and so on.
Assist in supervising and providing guidance to accounting staffs.
Other activities that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science Accountancy/Commerce major in accounting, preferably CPA
At least 3 year(s) of related working
Experience in a retail store set-up is an advantage.
Can effectively work under pressure, analytical, result-oriented, and keen to details
Sound knowledge of bookkeeping. Accounting principles and practices.
Computer literate; proficient in MS office applications
Applicants must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY.
