Finance - Group Finance - A2R and AR
The team is under Global Finance of Vestas Shared Services Centre. General Ledger is mainly responsible for month end/quarter end/year end closing of the company's financial records. The department is also responsible for the cash flow reporting, fixed assets accounting, cash management, intercompany accounting & some statutory reporting. The group is expected to have close collaboration with regional finance, payroll & treasury department as well as with the other functions in SSC such as AP/AR/TE & Controlling and Reporting.
Responsibilities
-Participate in further improvement and optimisation of Cash Flow Reporting, Monthly Reporting, and Statutory Reporting processes, procedures in Finance and Accounting.
-Carry out the relevant finance processing of Cash Management and General Ledger fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures.
-Effectively engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues (i.e., AP/ AR/TE, Controlling and Reporting) and business stakeholders (i.e., Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.
-Prepares daily (i.e., bank posting/clearing, bank reconciliation) and monthly reports (i.e. Accruals, Cash Flow and MRP) and accompanying schedules and specifications.
-Assist in developing training plans and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
-Graduate of Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy
-Solid background in General Ledger functions, Reporting or Controlling
-With at least 2 to 4 years of working experience in the same field
-With BPO experience
