Finance - Group Finance - A2R and AR
The team is under Global Finance of Vestas Shared Services Centre. General Ledger is mainly responsible for month end/quarter end/year end closing of the company's financial records. The department is also responsible for the cash flow reporting, fixed assets accounting, cash management, intercompany accounting & some statutory reporting. The group is expected to have close collaboration with regional finance, payroll & treasury department as well as with the other functions in SSC such as AP/AR/TE & Controlling and Reporting.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for Month End/Quarter End/Year End closing of the company's financial records.
-Carry out relevant finance processing of General Ledger fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures.
-Effectively engage and collaborate with relevant teams (i.e., AP/ AR/TE, Controlling and Reporting) and business stakeholders (i.e., Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality.
-Performed analytical review to ensure achievement of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned.
-Assist in developing training plans and knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications
-Bachelor of Science Accountancy graduate
-with strong background in General Ledger functions, Reporting or Controlling
-With at least 1.5 to 4 years of working experience in the same field
-with BPO or SSC experience but not required
-Preferably knowledgeable in process improvement methodologies
-Preferably with certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA etc.)
