Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
At least three (3) years’ relevant experience and skills within accounting processes and ERP systems.
Experience working in a multicultural environment or shared services environment and experience from Project Accounting is an advantage
Has knowledge and professional experience in developing and maintaining efficient accounting processes.
Has working knowledge and professional experience within relevant ERP, IT software and systems supporting the company’s accounting processes
Proficient in MS office and data entry
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to internal controls
Excellent organizational skills and has ability to handle confidential information
Has the ability to take initiative and can make sound judgement within applicable scope, procedures and guidelines
Has good analytical and problem solving skills
Has the ability to work independently as well as in a cross functional teams
Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines
Has excellent oral and written communication skills
Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company's growth
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the following
Maintaining project structures in ERP system
Registering Purchase Orders and Variation Orders from customer
Checking and monitoring of submitted hours and expenses chargeable to the project.
Monitoring and providing weekly and monthly cost reporting to the Project Managers
Raising issues of late payment of project invoice to Project Managers
Processing of internal and external invoicing on behalf of Business Areas in accordance with relevant contracts and deadlines
Ensure completeness and reconciliation of project transactions prior to preparation of final invoice in the closing of project
Contribute in preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end Project reporting
Follow up project organization for action or deliverables required for project monitoring, invoicing or advising
