Account To Report (Atr) Accountant - Intercompany

We have an exciting opportunity for you, as Johnson & Johnson is looking for an Account to Report (ATR) Accountant to be based in Paranaque, PH, whose roles include, but are not limited to:
Process Responsibility
Process intercompany incoming/outgoing recharge requests
Calculate the intercompany recharges for specific cost centers
Reconcile GL balances on intercompany accounts to the source systems
Investigate and resolve any errors with operating companies where required
Lead Intercompany netting with involved teams, apply incoming payments and initiate relevant GL entries
Reconcile Intercompany loan accounts
Handle the communication on intercompany queries on a professional level
Resolve all issues/errors
Reconcile suspense account

Reporting & Accounting Period Close
Create IC statements and reconcile balances
Calculate and prepare Intercompany accruals
Communicate identified differences with Intercompany partners
Prepare IC reports (IC17), inform local affiliates, prepare accruals
Update and submit Inter-Company reports to corporate (IC25)
Prepare AP Net Reconciliation
Prepare BS Reconciliation observing all necessary guidelines

Customer Service
Deliver service excellence and promote customer satisfaction
Develop effective working relationships with key partners (external / internal customers, co-workers)
Maintain professional attitude during service delivery and resolution of issues
Ensure that service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Ensure that issues are well documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved within the SLA
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues so that they are resolved to meet internal and external expectations
Use a considerable amount of discretion in bringing up issues to appropriate parties - co-workers, team leads and process managers

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any finance-related course
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a plus
At least 1 year of accounting-related experience (AP/AR/GA); intercompany accounting experience an advantage
Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation an advantage
Flexibility to adapt to needs of diverse cultures and business disciplines
Good analytical competencies
Excellent data entry and processing skills - eye for detail and accuracy
Experience with SAP or other ERPs an advantage
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) required
Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City, Metro Manila
