Account Service Representative - Remote/Home-Based

Achieve Test Prep is currently seeking several Online Account Service Representatives to be part of an energetic and positive team of committed professionals dedicated to assisting customers. Employees are expected to provide a high level of Customer Service in an online environment and positively represent the Achieve Test Prep brand.

Requirements
Answer incoming questions from customers with questions about their account, payment, payment method

Making outbound calls to customers to deal with account issues such as past-due amounts, payment arrangements, updating payment information

Receive and check customers complaints

Handling sensitive customer information and updating customer accounts

Location: Homebased outside USA - see list of countries Achieve operates

Full-time, fixed schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time or 12 pm - 9 pm Eastern Time

Excellent communication skills

Multitasking skills

Problem Solving / Analysis

Customer service and call center experience

Proficiency in MS Office

Collections experience is a plus

Experience with Salesforce/G-Suite/Authorize.net is a plus
