Account Officer For Small Business Loans (Sta.Rosa And Binan Area Based)

Prospects for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meets potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging his/her network.
Identifies potential clients.
Builds relationships with new clients and ensures client retention
Sets up meetings between client to orient with the product/ services.
Handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Uses a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Ensures completeness of requirements and information to recommend a loan account.
Ensures on-time collection as agreed with the client
Submits weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Tracks and record activity on accounts.
Attends to duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor as deemed necessary for the productivity of the team
Sales and Marketing OfficerShall market and process all new loans

Account Management OfficerShall ensure on-time collection of loan accounts
Shall process repeat loans of all clients
Sales officers should be confident, energetic, organized and resilient, as even the most accomplished salespeople face rejection on a regular basis. They need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills and to be experts in customer service.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Management Commerce or equivalent
With sales and marketing background as well as experience in account solicitation/ management of at least one (1) year.
Highly preferred with experience in the banking/ microfinance/ lending industry
With excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Organized and can manage his/ her time well.
Aggressive and can work well under pressure of revenue goals
