Develops and manage new sales opportunities for all company products and services
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and often serves as the face of the company to many clients
Generate new business using existing industry contacts and potential customer networks
Enhances/strengthens the market position of existing products.
Do field visits to prospective clients for product offerings and to drum up sales
Conducts sales presentations to high-level executives, do product & system demo, meetings, site visits, and negotiate contracts to prospective government and corporate clients
Confers with customers, engineers to assess product and service needs and to determine project requirements. Responds to functional and technical elements of the products & services.
Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and good business relationship to customers
Ensures Month-to-date / Year-to-date sales production
Ensures that excellent pre-and after-sales services are extended to the clients
Ensures that clients pay on time in accordance with the agreed terms
Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks, and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company
Job Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences, excellent presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Must be willing to do fieldwork.
Must be a team player; must be flexible and customer-oriented.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written are an advantage.
