Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serves as liaison between the company and the clients
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnership
- Develop a portfolio of accounts and generate new business using existing and potential customers
- Monitor sales metrics
- Collaborate very closely with the team to be able to respond to market trends & needs
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams
- Supervise account associates to ensure outstanding sales performances
- Work with accounts and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

Qualifications:

- Holder of a bachelor's degree in any related field
- Professional experience in handling existing accounts and generating new accounts profiles for a company
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in the recruitment industry and has the ability to build and maintain a team
- Excellent speaking and written command of the English language
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Basic GSuite skills
- Experience in Marketing is a plus

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 1 year (preferred)
