Duties & Responsibilities:
- Endorse Candidates to Clients: Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to match top-tier candidates with client needs, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the main point of contact and a trusted - advisor to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proposals & Contracts: Lead the creation and negotiation of proposals, contracts, and service agreements to deliver clear, actionable terms that benefit both clients and the company.
- Project Management: Oversee and track project timelines, ensuring that client deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Strategic Consulting: Work with clients to identify their unique needs and provide customized solutions, ensuring that their goals are aligned with our services.
- Account Growth & Retention: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and enhance long-term value.
Foster client loyalty through excellent service and proactive communication.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have, always focusing on maintaining strong and positive client relationships.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role in a relevant industry (e.g., recruitment, consulting, or client services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, contracts, and proposals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
