ACCOUNT MANAGER

SALARY RANGE: this would depend on the skill & experience of the candidate, could we leave this open for now until we narrow down on a candidate.
WORK LOCATIONS: Kalayaan Avenue, Central, Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs 8-6pm, Fridays 8-5pm, every other Saturday 8-5p
Job Summary

We are looking for a sales account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers who know the value of digital and printing brands.
Work experience in sales in the printing market and having a network with suppliers of printers, inks, or substrates will be a plus factor.
Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Utilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attraction
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience

BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant field
Proven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, sales account manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and c-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage to the position
Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships.

We are accepting candidates that are willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila.
