Account Manager (Cebu)

The Account Executive/Systems Consultant oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers.
He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
- Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoint
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.

**Experience**:

- With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT services
- With knowledge in Account and Relationship Management
- With knowledge in Data Center, Security and Network is a plus!
**Skills & Competencies**:

- With above-average desktop skills (i.e.
MS Office especially PowerPoint)
- With strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Pleasing personality
- Works well under pressure
- Extrovert, highly analytical, and output-driven
