JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Meets assigned expectations for profitability.Achieves strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Should be a graduate of BS degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related courseAbility to work on all stages of a sales process (prospecting, account planning, developing, probing, closing, and leveraging available resources)Ability to translate business requirements into business solutionsAbility to operate under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent actionsHas a working knowledge of sales analysis is an advantageGood interpersonal skillsAbove average communication skills (oral presentation and written business reports)Can confidently interact with various organization levelsWith high tolerance for stressCustomer focus/orientationAbility to gather and understand customer’s requirementsAble and willing to work long hoursAble and willing to travel from one area to another
