Account Manager

Job Description:
Focuses sales efforts by exploring customer value chain and acquiring new customer, through various platforms. Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve the target revenue. Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue on service for future service enhancement in timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction. Have a passion to maintain customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in order to increase customer buying Have a passion for visiting, proposing solution, negotiation and deal contract. Gather customer feedback and share with internal team for product and service development Collaborate with Production Team according to the customer project and needs. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree of any major from a reputable university Preferred with minimum 1 (one) year working experience in Business to Business Marketing. Prohire candidate should be have experience more than 2 (two) years as Relationship Manager in Bank or Financial - Services Business. Sound understanding of marketing principles Proven exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills Dynamic, adaptable, self-motivated and pleasant personality Result driven - strives to make a difference; enjoys a challenge to achieve the objectives Understand about IT project Having network or community or experience in IT company Placement will be in Jakarta
