Job Description:
Promotes and sells organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range or list of customer accounts with the objective of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction targets. Identifies and develops prospective customers through own initiative and/or opportunities being generated by marketing campaigns in order to increase sales opportunities. Prepares, submits and follows up Sales proposals and quotations. Prepares and submits Unit Invoice Release form to Sales Manager and BU Head for approval. Regularly updates and promptly encodes relevant customer and Sales information such as Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Sales Call Plan, Won & Lost Transaction Reports, etc. Attends and participates in the Sales Group's monthly meetings, prior to Sales Funnel Meeting (SFM). Conducts one-on-one meetings with concerned Sales Manager and facilitates end-to-end Sales process. Maintains and updates a physical and electronic database of major transactions and correspondences and attends trainings on New Product Introductions (NPI), Selling Skills, Sales Operating Systems, and Customer Service. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any five (5) year Engineering course; With four to five (4-5) years of related work experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services; Technical Competencies: Business Intelligence Sales Funnel Management Business Systems Skill Value Selling Communication Skill Cost Management Coverage Planning Environment, Health and Safety Product Knowledge Equipment Operation Negotiation Skill Presentation Skill Product Knowledge Records Management
