A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

You will be working directly with business owners and leaders from various d companies including start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. You will be part of a multicultural team that is constantly developing creative & new ideas to improve customer relationships and drive business growth. Below are some of the key areas that we think articulates this role well:Financials
· Collect all necessary information and in detail 'what is sold' by sales team to the customers
· Prepare and share internal revenue forecasts. Prepare 12 months account growth plan, forecasts with customer, and work on the plan to achieve those targets
· Manage account numbers, revenue, and headcount
· Ensure timely invoicing and payments from accounts being managed, resolution of customer queries on invoices if any
Stakeholder Management
· Manage customer on-boarding, prepare overall implementation plan along with Product Consultant and define the implementation schedule
· Manage customer life cycle after contract signature while maintaining crisp, clear and straight communication with the customer in different phases of the lifecycle
· Keep customers posted about the major product release, new features, and benefits
· Conduct continuous client/staff performance & satisfaction pulse checks
Risk & Performance Management
· Set account KPI’s, manage any delays, external dependencies
· Regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) meetings with customer side users, decision makers and mapping the account health and/or any risks
· Recognizing issues within the customer interaction while concurrently assessing needs and managing and executing within budget and commercial responsibility
A BIT ABOUT YOU

· BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field· 5+ years’ work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
· Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities & Strong verbal and written communication skills
