Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.Meets assigned expectations for profitability.Achieves strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.Has a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any related courseWilling to be trained to work on all stages of a sales process (prospecting, account planning, developing, probing, closing, and leveraging available resources)Willing to be trained on how to translate business requirements into business solutionsWilling to operate under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent actionsGood interpersonal skillsAbove average communication skills (oral presentation and written business reports)Can confidently interact with various organization levelsCustomer focus/orientationAble and willing to travel from one area to another
