Prepare sales forecast, strategies & action plan on a monthly / yearly basis.
Data gathering of critical information which will help the company to win the bid.
Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Prepare presentations & correspondence related to customers.
Ensuring that they fully understand customer’s business and requirements
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and quality.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through regular visits.
Prepare paper work to activate and maintain contact services.
Quality account management.
Immediate solution to resolve clients concerns.
Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow up and adherence to goals.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel.
Coordinate to concern department to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Determining the appropriate order and negotiating with the manager.
Recording sales and order information and coordinate to concern personnel
Sales performance review on a weekly & monthly basis.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations.
