Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder; High School or Vocational Course Graduates may also apply
- Applicants with no BPO experience but have a background in the healthcare industry (educational or work experience) are welcome to apply
- Experience handling a healthcare account is an advantage
- Must have average to good communications and written skills
- Must be willing to work onsite
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for timely scheduling and provide callers with important information related to their appointment
- Verifying patient demographic, insurance information and securing payment of patients financial liability
- Verifies order if complete and matches scheduled procedure
