Account Executives are expected to not only handle inquiries and sales but to be able to follow through with each client until the completion of their event. Account Executives need to be able to build a good relationship with their clients and their respective companies and be able to balance meeting the client's needs with Club Balai Isabel sales policies.
AE's need to be able to work with minimal supervision and still deliver excellent results. You will be expected to work with your team to make sure that client needs are always met and response time is as short as possible. In the sales environment, your phone must always be on. You will always be on call for your client, which is why AEs must be able to thrive in situations where dealing with people is cruciaL
