Use internal and 3rd party tools to identify and contact real estate professionals Build awareness and relationships with key executives to create and pursue selling opportunities in net new accounts, as well as manage expansion sales opportunities in some existing accounts Meet and exceed performance goals & quotas associated with developing, pursuing and closing leads Qualify and follow-up on inbound calls, emails, web and campaign-generated inquiries Develop and present customer presentations Conduct account research (opportunity size, current services, and needs, etc.) Identify and partner with third-party channel managers to identify and close deals Stay informed of new product and technical knowledge including product enhancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Accurately forecast sales pipeline and use reporting tools in our in-house CRM to monitor effort and results Accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle, including cold calling, generating and issuing quotes and proposals, initiating product evaluations, and negotiating contracts Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of solid experience in account management and B2B sales
• Customer Service / Client Success / Client Services preferred
• Experience handling a team preferred
• Supervisor / team lead experience preferred
• Must be amenable to work in BGC and in night shift.
