Job Description:
Looking for a motivated, PET LOVING, account executive to join a fast growing business that will be asked to do the following:


Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with retailers and distributors Creation of on the ground brand activation for all of the Rubicon Group – integrating a sales strategy in line with the brand objectives and corporate goals Updating GM with a monthly status report (presentation) Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts for “shelf” space – Setting the visual merchandising image and collaterals for display of the products once contacts with distributors are set:
Must plan training of promodizers, sales associates of stores Must build good relations with store managers Must give weekly updates to GM regarding movement of brand IF brand/s are not moving, must generate ideas to reach consumer and get them on board via educational campaign Generating a new universe for all pet brands and products under the MB umbrella (expanding on the existing universe already created too):
Sales channels include, but are not limited to – online, modern trade, other retailers, vet clinics, distributors and non-traditional channels Expanding reach beyond Metro Manila market – will involve travel Innovating sales techniques to add to data base of clients Building a strong educational campaign to attract customers to our products Reiterating this educational campaign to vets and other pet related groups Brand development – ensuring brands are consistently marketed with right perception Identify growth opportunities for brands of MB Conduct Customer Relationship Management for brands of MB Coordinating logistical plan for delivering samples and actual products – seeking out the most cost effective methods for transport Market research, including, but not limited to: Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and pricing Adjustments to company process depending on customer need Awareness of the latest trends in the market Brand development – ensuring the brand is consistently marketed with the right perception (our brand must be given high regard of professionalism) Event participation – Pop-ups, Training sessions, Brand activation, etc. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferrably experienced in the FMCG industry Must love pets - dogs and cats especiallly
