Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieves / exceeds monthly and quarterly sales, marketing, and hospital/healthcare accounts management goals, in line with approved company objectives, by attaining sales targets as well as constantly improve sales performance through regular lead generation and client/accounts acquisition activity and by hitting all required monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Shall create, develop and maintain good business relationships with hospital and healthcare accounts acquired and/or provided by the Company
Shall be the first point of coordination with clients acquired as well as all hospital and healthcare accounts (both assigned by the corporation and those personally acquired by the AE)
Assist the supervising Area Manager in the planning of long and short-term sales and marketing programs designed to improve the company’s performance in the area of sales jurisdiction and increase the company’s sales volumes in terms of new client acquisition, hospital and healthcare accounts development, and billing and collection.
Provide relevant and up to date reports/information (market research) on all relevant hospital and healthcare clients as well as potential clients (Hot Leads).
Ensure that all Client/Account needs are satisfied and that proper facilitation of Excellent Service Delivery is maintained to strengthen business relationship with clients and safeguard continued trust and confidence in the Equilife Brand of Excellent Service.
Continuously develop new hospital and healthcare clients to be able to widen the sales reach of the Company and help attain all sales targets set by the supervising Area Manager, by the Business and Sales Manager and by the President.
Ensure quality of products (for sale and for leasing) and services offered and delivered to the customers
Effectively communicate and work, on a day-to-day basis, with the following departments to ensure success of both product and services delivery;
Operations Department
Warehouse and Logistics Division
Biomedical Engineering Division
2. Finance and Accounting Department
Accounts and Collection Division
3. Clinical and Healthcare Excellence Department
Clinical (Healthcare) Services Division
Products and Clinical (Healthcare) Services Training Division
Keep Management informed on all (major & minor) market/industry/sales development by providing relevant and on time reports to the supervising Area Manager.
Maintains proper grooming and adheres to the Equilife Company Code of Discipline.
Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source new accounts / clients
Networks through hospital and healthcare industry contacts as well as via institutional / association memberships (i.e Lions Club, JCI, Rotary, and the like)
Aids in company public relations (corporate branding) by establishing a stand-out and recognizable brand-of-choice reputation for Equilife Medical, both internally and externally
80% Field; 20% Office
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervising Area Manager or by Equilife Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, Pharmacy, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy and/or other related fields would be preferred
Presentable and with a pleasing personality
A solid sales or people management history (although not necessary)
At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position
Work experience from industries engaged in Advertising, Marketing, Media Communications, Recruitment/Headhunting, Pharma/Medical Sales, Healthcare and/or Medical Device Sales is a definite plus
Excellent communication, presentation, time-management and organizational skills
Must undergo GCC and Products/Clinical (Healthcare) Services Training Program (provided by the Company)
Above average level of self-confidence and the personal commitment and relationship-building skills crucial to establishing strong business relationships
