Support the Account Managers with running ad campaigns.
Support the Account Managers primarily in the preparation of campaign reports for clients.
Execute some phases of the sales cycle such as preparing a database, consulting contacts and clients, setting up meetings, etc.
Follow-up, maintain and update contact records and database.
Can also handle small to the medium enterprise client.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and technical team for holistic knowledge development.
Prepare a weekly report to summarize the tasks performed for the week.
Ensure targeted result can take place to generate business progress.
Update & send Weekly Report to Branch Manager.
Solid knowledge of and a strong interest in marketing and business.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, advertising, communications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and strong time management and organizational skills.
High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skill.
Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good command in Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in English.
Working location is in Makati. Working time: Monday - Friday (8 hours/ day).
