Responsibilities:
- Medical coding
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Preparing and checking patient bills
- Taking care of claims to insurers
- Checking for payment discrepancies
- Appealing denied claims
- Updating software for rate changes
- Creating or updating collection and cash flow reports
